The customer undertakes to use this website only to make inquiries or orders.
 
When placing an order, the customer undertakes to provide us with his email address, postal address and other contact details, in a true and accurate manner. If you do not provide us with all the necessary information, we will not be able to proceed with the order.
 
Product Prices and Shipping Costs
 
The prices of the products available on this website are indicated in Euros and already include VAT, and at the end of the order process, the total price will also include shipping costs.
 
The prices of the products presented on this website may change without notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
 
Please note that even though the website is updated with extreme care, it is possible that the price information on this website contains errors. We do not commit to the offer and reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of such an error occurring.
 
The exact price of each shipment will depend on the number of products and the country of delivery.
 
Shipping costs will be billed for each order, that is, if the Customer orders more than one item, he will only pay the shipping charges once, except for momentary unavailability or delay in stock replacement of any item, or in the event of a manifest impossibility of joint delivery of an order that is too bulky, in these cases we reserve the right to split delivery of the order, with the Customer being notified by email.
 
For orders of €60.00 or more, we offer the option of free shipping to Mainland Portugal and Islands (Azores and Madeira).
 
Quality and Guarantee
 
We do not sell second-hand products, defective or of inferior quality to the standards of those existing on the market. On each product page its features are shown.
 
The images and photographs of the products, despite trying to be as reliable as possible, are merely illustrative, so the Customer should consider the hypothesis of differences in color or appearance of shape, which may also be due to the monitor and the internet browser used by the Customer.
 
In this way, we recommend to the Customer the careful and detailed consultation of the product and its characteristics, in order to duly certify them at the time of purchase.
 
All products have an identification tag. Do not remove the label of the purchased product if you want to return the product.
 
If you decide to exercise the right to return products purchased, we have the right not to accept the return of products that are returned without the label or that have been altered from their original state or damaged.
 
Product Availability
 
In case of product unavailability and/or out of stock, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order, with the right to a refund of the respective amount paid, of the unavailable item or the total value of the order.
 
Order
 
To order products on this website, the Client must have an e-mail account and the browser must be configured to accept cookies, in order to allow the enjoyment of all navigability conditions.
 
Browse our website using our menu/shop to choose a category or our search tool to search for a specific product.
The products will be presented by the selection you make, after finding the product you want, you only have to consult its specifications and measurements, select the color and size if you have these options and click on the "Add to Cart" button.
By clicking the "Add to Cart" button you added the product to the shopping cart.
Repeat this process until you have all the products you want.
 
After having all the products you want in the cart, you can complete your purchase as a registered customer or as a guest.
 
Registered customer
Registration with the RBD is very simple. Only the necessary data will be requested to proceed with the sending and billing of your order, such as name, address and telephone contact. As a registered customer you have the advantage of being able to access your customer account to check the status of your order, consult previous orders and add items to Wishlist.
 
Guest
If you choose to place your order as a guest, you will only be asked for the data necessary for us to place your order. In this modality, we do not keep your data registered for future orders. If you want to place another order you will have to enter your details again.
 
After completing these steps, you only have to choose the shipping and payment method and finalize your order.
 
Both as a registered customer and as a guest, you will receive an order confirmation email and throughout the order evolution process, you will be informed of your status.
 
If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check if it is in the "Spam/Junk mail" folder or contact us so that we can send you the data you need.
 
To complete an order on the website, the total amount of the cart must be equal to or greater than 20.00Eur.
 
Payment
 
On this online sales website, the payment methods available are Bank Transfer, Multibanco (ATM) References, MBWay, Payshop, Paypal and Credit Card and no other means of payment are accepted.
 
If the payment method chosen is Bank Transfer, the respective payment details will be sent to the email indicated when placing the order.
 
After making the payment, you must send proof of payment (PDF, photo, scan or directly from the bank) to our email info@rbd.pt so that we can identify and process your order.
 
If the payment method chosen is Multibanco (ATM), the respective payment details will be sent to the email indicated when placing the order.
Payment can be made at any ATM or by homebanking.
To pay for your order through the ATM network, use your VISA/MasterCard, Visa Electron or Multibanco card, enter your secret code and select the "Payments/Services Payment" operation and enter the data sent to you by email.
The receipt issued by the ATM machine is proof of payment. Keep it.
 
If the payment method chosen is MBWay, the data to make the payment will be sent directly to the MBWay application that you should already have installed on your smartphone.
With the MBWay application you can associate your bank cards with your mobile phone number and thus make purchases or immediate transfers via your smartphone or tablet.
We recommend that you open the application immediately after purchase to confirm payment.
 
If your payment method is Payshop, the respective payment details will be sent to the email indicated when placing the order.
Payment can be made at any Payshop, CTT, nearby commercial establishments such as stationers, tobacconists, kiosks, supermarkets, etc.
The receipt issued by the Payshop machine provides proof of payment. Keep it.
 
If your method of payment is Paypal, the debit will be made at the time of finalizing the order, being forwarded to the secure PayPal page. On the PayPal website, perform the authentication where you must already have an account created and a credit card associated. Confirm the details and make the payment.
This modality has processing fees, which vary depending on the amount of purchase. The value is presented to the customer before finalizing the order.
 
The order will be sent after validation of your payment. Failure to pay will lead to cancellation of the order.
 
Shipping and Delivery
 
Shipping:
The estimated time for preparing and shipping the products is 3-5 working days, after stock confirmation.
 
Deliveries to Portugal:
Two delivery options are available, Registered and Express.
 
- The Registered service has a estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days for Mainland Portugal and 5-15 working days for the Islands, after the order is shipped.
- The Express service has a estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days, after the order is shipped, and this service is only available for mainland Portugal.
 
Deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 7 pm.
 
International Deliveries:
For Europe and the rest of the world, it will depend a little on the delivery service of each country.
On average for European countries, the estimated delivery time is 7-15 working days and for the rest of the world 15-40 working days.
 
There may be cases in which shipping to certain countries is not feasible or possible, in these cases we reserve the right to cancel the order, returning the amount paid to the customer.
 
After confirmation of the order and payment, you will be informed by email of the confirmation of the shipment of the order, accompanied by the object number.
 
The delivery of the order will be made to the address indicated by the Customer.
 
The address indicated by the Customer may be a private address, a place of work or any other address. The billing address and shipping address are not required to match.
 
In case the order is not delivered because the address is incorrect or because it was not picked up within the stipulated period, the expenses related to the new shipment will be charged.

We consider the order delivered when the customer or a third party indicated by him is physically in possession of the products or in his mailbox. All orders are shipped with proof of delivery registration.
 
We will try to ship on time, to the extent commercially reasonable. As a rule, we always do this, however, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
 
The shipping and delivery times indicated above are forecasts, and there may be delays depending on the time of year we are in.
We will not be responsible for the delay or default in delivery of the order, due to a force majeure event or event beyond our control.
We reinforce that, despite all our efforts to ship orders on time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, once the order is in the possession of the carrier.
 
Upon delivery, the customer must check the packaging and the products sent in order to verify their condition.If you notice any non-conformity or damage to the products, you should not accept delivery of the order.
 
Product Returns and Exchanges
 
The Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, for the return or exchange of products.
 
Due to the nature of the products themselves, exchanges or returns of underwear and swimsuits will not be accepted.
 
You can exchange:
- For a product of the same model in another size or color. This condition is only available if there is still stock of the desired item;
- For a product of the same value;
- For a different product of a lower value, the excess amount being refunded through the website and made available for new purchase;
- For a different product of higher value, adding the excess value of the new purchase.
 
The return or exchange of products applies exclusively to products that can be returned in the same condition the customer received them. Please return the product, using or including the original packaging. It should also include all instructions, labels, documents and product packaging.
 
No refund or exchange will be made if the product has been used beyond simply opening its packaging or if it has suffered damage. Therefore, the customer must be careful with the products while they are in their possession.
 
After examining the products, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid or to exchange for another product.
 
In case of return, the amount paid for the returned products will be refunded. The customer will take care of the direct costs of returning the product.
 
The customer must ensure that the return of the products is carried out by a method which guarantees proof of transmission and subsequent reception of the object.
 
Please note that if you decide to return the goods to us on charge, the order will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
